Where does information go?
The personal data you provide us with through the site is stored on the secure servers of our hosting company, Capability Cloud Limited, who act on behalf of the Society as data handler. Our hosting servers are based in the European Economic Region (Ireland).
How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your personal data for as long as you remain a member of the Society. We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations.
